One Dekimu account gives you access to every app in the ecosystem. You are responsible for keeping your password safe. You can close the account at any time from the Privacy Center.
Don't use Dekimu to send unsolicited bulk email, to harass or defraud anyone, or to store content you don't have rights to. Each app may add its own narrower rules (for example, InvoiceUp follow-ups are strictly for real invoices sent to real counterparties).
Some apps are free and some are paid. Pricing, billing terms, and refund policy for paid apps are shown at checkout and inside each app's settings. Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices include VAT where applicable.
Dekimu is provided as-is. We aim for 99.9%+ uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for indirect damages beyond the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
If these terms change materially, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Spain, without prejudice to consumer protection rules in your place of residence.
