The account
One Dekimu account gives you access to every app in the ecosystem. You are responsible for keeping your password safe. You can close the account at any time from the Privacy Center.
Acceptable use
Don't use Dekimu to send unsolicited bulk email, to harass or defraud anyone, or to store content you don't have rights to. Each app may add its own narrower rules (for example, InvoiceUp follow-ups are strictly for real invoices sent to real counterparties).
Paid plans
Some apps are free and some are paid. Pricing, billing terms, and refund policy for paid apps are shown at checkout and inside each app's settings. Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices include VAT where applicable.
No warranty
Dekimu is provided as-is. We aim for 99.9%+ uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for indirect damages beyond the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
Changes
If these terms change materially, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
Business customers only
Dekimu is offered exclusively to natural or legal persons acting within their trade, business, craft or profession — it is not offered to consumers. By subscribing you confirm that you are acting for purposes relating to your trade, business, craft or profession, and that you are not a consumer within the meaning of Directive 2011/83/EU or the consumer-protection law of your country of establishment. Because Dekimu is not offered to consumers, statutory consumer rights, including the right of withdrawal, do not apply. If you are not eligible, do not subscribe; contact legal@dekimu.com and we will cancel and refund any payment made.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Spain.
